The risk of dying from cancer has dropped 20% in the last 2 decades.
That's according to the American Cancer Society.

In real numbers, that drop means about 1.3 million cancer deaths have been avoided.
African American men saw the biggest declines yet, but still have the highest cancer death rates among all ethnic groups in the U.S.

A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finds many Doctors are mission signs of alcohol problems in their patients.
Only 1 in 6 adults and 1 in 4 binge drinkers say they have discussed alcohol with their Doctor.

These numbers concern experts because Doctor/Patient discussion are often the first step towad getting people help.
And the popular "dash" diet has topped the best diet rankings.

U.S. News and World Report ranked more than 30 of the most popular diets based on safety, effectiveness, heart health, and diabetes prevention among other factors.

The controversial Paleo diet came in last on the list, despite being the most searched diet term on Google last year.
