HEALTH:  FDA wants to change nutrition labels with exact sugar content story image
The Food and Drug Administration wants to change nutrition labels - so they say exactly how much *added* sugar is in the foods you eat.

That's a big change from current labels which simply list total sugar - not telling you how much is natural and how much is added.
   
Chances are that many of the foods in your cabinet come complete with sugary sweeteners.

Everything from bread to pasta sauces and canned fruits.
