Troubling information for millions of arthritis sufferers. It turns out a common remedy may -not- be as helpful as previously thought.
  
From walking to playing with grand-kids, physical activities become progressively more difficult for the millions of Americans with arthritis.
  
Many sufferers turn to Glucosamine supplements.
But a new study shows they may be no better than sugar pills.
  
Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh looked at more than 200 people with mild to moderate arthritis of the knees.
  
They put half on Glucosamine and half on a placebo.
Months later, they found no significant difference in joint damage or pain between the two groups.
