HEALTH: New concerns on the spread of MERS story image
There are new concerns  about "Middle East Respiratory Syndrome"  - or MERS.
Scientist say the deadly virus could be transmitted through the air not just through close physical contact.

Scientists in Saudi Arabia collected air samples from a camel barn that tested positive for MERS.

They had previously found MERS in a camel from the same barn as well as from the owner who later died.

The virus from the air sample was identical to the virus found in nasal samples from the infected camel and its owner.
