Your brain may be slowing down a bit sooner than you think. 
A new study suggests some people's cognitive motor skills begin to diminish after your 24th birthday.

Cognitive motor skills are your ability to process thoughts and react to them.
University researchers now find those skills *peak* at age 24.

They studied three-thousand people, ages 16 to 44 while they played the computer game "Starcraft Two."
 
They looked at how quickly they responded to each other as well as changes in the game.

And they found some good news for us older folks.
We may lose speed but we get more cunning and crafty and have better strategy. For more health stories click here
