Every year thousands of Florida homeowners are forced to file an insurance claim for their house.

A large part of the claims have fraudulent activity associated with them.
Robin Westcott with the Insurance Consumer Advocate says often times homeowners are faced with companies trying to do things that are unethical.
Often times costing the homeowner a lot more money in the long run than they would have paid.
