Angels in our Midst (Three Brothers who Need a Family)

ESCAMBIA COUNTY  -     November is National Adoptions ,month and today the state of Florida launched the "30 Days of Amazing Children" Campaign.
Right now, more than 850 children in the state are in Foster Care waiting for someone to give them a forever home.
Tragically, some of them are trapped in the system for years, shuffled from one foster home to another.
Could you open your heart to any of these waiting children?
Tonight, we're "looking" for the Angels in our Midst.

Here they come, the three amigos.
Little brother, Jihad is six years old.  He's a steady ball of activity and if his older brothers do it, he's going to try it.  And they're a little protective.

Jihad;  They won't leave me alone.
Middle brother, Raja is the tallest.

Raja;  I'm eight and I'm in third grade
Raja's the quieter of the three and he follows his big brother's lead too.

Da'Nautica;  But, his brothers and sisters said he was selfish.
I want to read that book.
I am not, said....  You have to ask me.

Can I read that book?
I'm just kidding, you don't have to ask me.  My book is your book.

This is 10 year old Da'nautica.  He's smart as a whip and loves math and reading.

A rundown hotel on the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas who own a motorcycle.

These brothers live apart from each other in separate foster homes.  They were taken into care to remove them from years of emotional and physical abuse. The hope now is for them to be adopted together.

Da'Nautica;  They're funny.  They're nice.  They're cool to hang out with.

It will be a challenge and it will take a special family to reunite these brothers.  The boys are strong willed. That's what has helped them endure. They need a strong but caring male presence; a family with lots of patience to show them the right way to do things. Most of all, they need the chance to know what love is.
