FLASH FLOOD WATCH

Heavy rain has already been in the area Monday morning and more is expected through the day. Isolated locations may receive between 2 and 4 inches between today and at least the first half of Tuesday.  Flash Flooding is possble.  Water on roadways may be deeper than it appears to be...don't EVER drive through an area if you aren't sure how deep it is.  Turn around, don't drown!
