Two of the nation's largest cigarette makers have merged

The nation's second and third largest cigarette makers have merged.
Reynolds America and Lorillard announced the deal valued at more than 27-billion dollars.
   
The companies also announced that some of their tobacco brands will be sold off as part of the merger.
Phillip Morris remains the world's leading cigarette maker.Two of the nation's largest cigarette makers have merged
