Young students donate crocheted scarves to homeless shelter

WEAR - Kids Crochet scarves

A group of Santa Rosa County 5th graders learned a new skill and used it to spread love this holiday.

Mrs. Godfrey taught her students at oriole Beach Elementary how to crochet.

The children made scarves and then donated them to the Loaves and Fishes homeless shelter.

The class crocheted a total of 80 scarves.
