OFFICER KILLED, TEENAGE SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY
BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- Baltimore County Police confirm that four suspects are now in custody in connection to the death of a Baltimore County Police officer, Officer First Class Amy Caprio.
Police say a 16-year-old suspect, Dawnta Anthony Harris, is currently being held without bond.
At a bail review hearing, details were released that Harris has 4 other cases involving theft of a motor vehicle - that's not including the Jeep he's accused of stealing that was used in this crime.
The Judge called the teen a one man crime wave.
Police say the other three suspects, all teenage boys were taken into custody Tuesday.
Detectives have verified that the group were involved in burglaries in the area.
The other three suspects have not yet been processed.
Witnesses say the officer approached an SUV when the Jeep accelerated, hitting her.
Neighborhood schools were on alert status late into the evening, dinner was served at three area schools as parents awaited word on their kids as the manhunt continues.
Police say earlier Tuesday those three suspects continued to be sought, just after 10am, they confirm they have all suspects in custody.
Police say Caprio would've been on the force four years this summer.
