Charges in shooting of mother, daughter upgraded to homicide
Within the past hours, detectives with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit served a warrant on Christopher Warrick charging him with Homicide (First Degree Felony) and Aggravated Battery (Second Degree Felony).
Warrick is being charged for the fatal shooting of Barbara Wolfe and the injuries to Kimberly Horne who was also shot during the incident.
The 57-year-old suspect remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
Wolfe was shot in the chest after trying to get her property from Warrick's home.
Her daughter, Horne, was shot during the dispute.
Warrick was denied bond.
