Commissioners approve medical marijuana moratorium
OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) —
After Florida voters approved Amendment 2, Okaloosa County commissioners voted to approve a moratorium on medical marijuana.
In a vote of four to one, commissioners approved a moratorium. It would place a 180-day ban on any medical marijuana business in the area.
This would keep medical marijuana dispensaries out of the area for the duration of the moratorium.
