ECSO: Pensacola man accused of sexual assault, battery after kidnapping couple
ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) —
A Pensacola man has received several criminal charges after deputies say he robbed a couple back in October.
According to the arrest report, 28-year-old Avery Lamont Goss and 25-year-old Ontorius Larrell Turner were waiting for the male victim in his car while he was in Chaser's Liquor Store on North W Street.
The victim told deputies Goss and Turner demanded money and forced him to drive to his fiancee's home.
Escambia County Sheriff's deputies said the two suspects made the woman drive them to a gas station to get money from an ATM.
Deputies also said Goss sexually assaulted the woman in her car when she did not have any money in her account.
Goss has been charged with two counts of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of robbery with a firearm, burglary of a conveyance armed, burglary of a dwelling occupied armed, home invasion with a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, use of a firearm during a felony, sexual assault with a firearm, and battery.
