Man arrested in connection to Okaloosa Island shooting
OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) —
A Santa Rosa County man is facing charges in connection with a shooting on Okaloosa Island.
The shooting happened at the Red Rose Gentleman's Club back in May 2016.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office said 22-year-old Nkosi Albertie Chamberlain shot Darrel Pickens, Angel Castilla, and Dallas Corbitt outside of the club "following altercations inside the establishment." Corbitt was critically injured and required intensive care.
Deputies said Chamberlain was caught on video punching Castilla several times after a verbal altercation.
Chamberlain was arrested at his home on Wednesday.
Chamberlain has been charged with three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
