Man arrested in Redwood Circle hit-and-run
A man has been arrested after running away from a hit-and-run crash.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, troopers were dispatched to a crash at 27 Redwood Circle around noon on Thursday.
Authorities say Deandre Henderson drove away from a crash involving another car.
A witness was able to give troopers Henderson's tag number and authorities were able to stop him later.
Troopers tried to arrest Henderson for hit-and-run and driving with a revoked licence, but he turned to run while simultaneously resisting the Trooper's orders to stop.
A search of Henderson's person showed he was in possession of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, marijuana and $545.
