Police issue warrant for Queen Elsa after town is hit by freezing temperatures

Louisiana police need your help in finding a suspect wanted for the dangerously low temperatures that recently hit the area.

The Slidell Police Department shared the wanted poster Tuesday and is offering a whopping $100,000,000 for her -- dead or alive.
