Comment: I am absolutely in favor of $250 payout to social security recipients. I want to know where the government gets it's figures to decide whether to give a raise to SS recipients. So far I’m paying more on all my utilities than I was a year or so ago, not to mention groceries and many other items necessary to live a (below) average life.
