Miami quarterback Robert Marve says he is transfering...
The redshirt freshamn started 11 of the canes 13 games this season...
But he was suspended for the bowl....his 2nd suspension of the year....and seemed to clash with head coach Randy Shannon...
Marve told the A-P...."I just decided I can't play for Coach Shannon".....
Miami released him...But with some conditions.....He can't transfer to an SEC...ACC...Or in-state school...
Adam Allen will not suit up for Florida this season....
The Milton grad had surgery today on his ailing knee......making a redshirt year the most likely plan..
Allen was slow to recover from an pre season stress fracture....and scar tissue had been causing him a lot of pain....
The surgery means a least four more weeks till he could possibly play.....
Coach Billy Donovan left open a small window for a miracluolous return...But said they dont expect it...
So it appears Allen's sophomore season will be pushed to next year...He averaged 4 points a game as a freshman...But was expected to be a much bigger contributor.....
