He's a little over four feet of charm.
He has eyes full of wonder and a smile that we hope will touch someone's heart...Because right now, he is Nobody's Child.
I'm in fourth grade. Actually, I've got three boys in my classroom and one female.
11 year old B.J. Was born with developmental delays and is diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, poor vision and scoliosis. None of which has slowed him very much at all.
Um humm, I'm trying to pick him up nice. Get him. Hey, come here little buddy.
B.J. Is a very caring and gentle child. He thrives on attention, something he's never had much of, but he gives it right back.
Say, Step up.
Step up.
There he goes.
Whoa. He listens.
He listens.
It is true that you can learn a lot just by listening to the things children say. B.J.'s words may not always come easily but he can tell you he'd be a good child to adopt because he's outgoing, funny, and....
Cause I'm cute and cuddly.
Not having any real experiences with a family, B.J. Has an idea of what a family would look like.
Got the whole Nemo set. So, that means that's the dad right there.
A dad, a mom, or both to call his own, B.J. Will need a family with patience to help him learn and develop his own gifts. At Petland, he's found kindred spirits among the animals.
So, he don't got no family or nothing?
No pet does. Not yet. They're looking for mamas and daddys.
Just like B.J.Nobody's Child (B.J.)
