PENSACOLA, FL - A local realtor is taking a unique approach to generate business.

You may have seen her on your way home from work this afternoon..

Candace Mulcahy is standing by the Three Mile Bridge with a sign that reads 'I Will Sell Your House For Food.'

What she means is...She'll donate 10% of what she makes to local charities.

Candace Mulcahy, Realtor: "i just wanted to bring awareness, it's not food for me, it's just to get people's attention that there are a lot of people who are very needy right now...we all need to help one another."
