FIESTA: AN EVENING OF COMEDY

Carlos OscarTickets are on sale now for FIESTA! THE 14th annual Evening of Comedy event, benefiting Covenant Hospice. Hosted by WEAR's Sue Straughn, the evening begins at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday August, 2 at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front, with a silent and live auction, hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet dinner, a cash bar and a whole lot of laughter and entertainment, provided by nationally known comedian Carlos Oscar.

Known for his charming, witty and energetic stage persona, Oscar has risen to be one of the most sought after comics today by fully acting out his jokes, telling stories everyone can identify with, and morphing into various characters and voices. He jokes most often about the humorous side of family, pop-culture and everyday mishaps. It’s Oscar’s brand of comedy that has paved the way to appearances on TV such as "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," HBO and his recent Comedy Central performance.

Tickets are $100 and are available online at www.covenanthospice.org. To participate in this great event or for more information, contact Leah Harrison at 202-0840.
