FIRST CALL FOR HELP

United Way of Escambia needs your votes to bring the valuable service of 2-1-1 to Northwest Florida. United Way has begun these efforts with the First Call for Help program.  First Call for Help is a contestant for a $50,000 grant through the Pepsi Refresh Everything program.  The projects with the most votes will receive funding. To vote for First Call for Help, go to www.refresheverything.com/211nwflorida.

With your vote, First Call for Help will:

1. Be available 24/7. Crisis cannot be confined within the hours of 8AM-5PM; neither should FCFH's services.

2. Get new digits. 2-1-1 is an easy to remember number that will make FCFH available from any area code, on any phone for free.

3. Grow to include all of NW Florida. This will provide 2-1-1 coverage to 10% of the state of Florida.

If you would like a daily reminder to vote, email Stacey Williams at Stacey@unitedwayescambia.org with the subject line remind me. FOR MORE DETAILS visit www.fcfh.info.
