It's been a great stretch run for Choctaw girls basketball but they finally ran into their match in the State Championship Game.

Top-ranked Fort Myers beat the Indians 65-41 to earn their third straight state title.

Senior forward Amber Leggett led the Indians with 18 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks.

Choctaw reached the state final for the 3rd time in six years, but once again comes up a little short of the programs first championship.
