More teens using e-cigarettes

According to the CDC more teens are using electronic cigarettes.
The number of US middle and high schoolers using the battery powered devices doubled from 2011 to 2012.   
Depending on the brand, e-cigarette cartridges typically contain nicotine.
The CDC reports potentially harmful ingredients have also been documented in some e-cigarette cartridges.
E-cigarettes are not regulated by the FDA.
In most states there are no restrictions on the sale of e-cigarettes to minors.
