Gas prices falling could mean better economy

Economists say falling gasoline prices could put the US economy in high gear.

The sharp drop over the last month comes just as more Americans are feeling the impact of federal spending cuts.
   
Some economists believe the two could balance each other out -- dollar for dollar.
AAA says gas prices have gone down about 30-cents over the last month bringing the national average to 3.51 a gallon.
