Gulf Breeze teen's documentary premieres this weekend

GULF BREEZE, Fla. -- A Gulf Breeze teenager made a documentary about his hometown and it's premiering this weekend.

Clay Bloodworth is 14 years old.

His film is called "Gulf Breeze: Small Town, Big Hearts."

To make the film, he followed around the mayor, long-time residents, and business owners.

"It's a cool thing since it's premiering in the town that people are able to meet these people, " Bloodworth said. "They see on the big screen it's not like the person they're seeing on the big screen lives miles away."

The premier is part of the Pensacola Film Festival at the Movies Four Gulf Breeze on Highway 98.

Screenings are at 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
