Dzhokhar Tsarnaev could face the death penalty
BOSTON -- Dzhokhar Tsarnaev could now be facing the death penalty after being charged with conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction.
That was one of two charges filed against the surviving Boston Marathon bombing suspect by the federal government.
His initial appearance came Monday, before a judge in his hospital room.
We also now know that he'll go through the civilian court process, meaning he will not be charged as an enemy combatant.
While investigators continue to dig into the background of the two suspects, the city is very slowly trying to get back to normal.
