No texting while driving bill may have fizzled out in Tallahassee

FLORIDA  --  A bill that aims to ban texting while driving in Florida may be fizzling out.
  
House members made a change that would allow police to use mobile phone records against drivers only when death or injury is involved.
  
If the House passes it the senate will have to approve the new version, and there's not much time for that.
  
The legislative session ends Friday.
