Americans feeling effects of sequestration

And Americans are starting to feel the impact of the forced federal spending cuts.

A new CNN survey shows forty-percent say the cuts have affected them personally.

The cuts went into effect in March, slashing 85-billion dollars from the rest of fiscal year 2013, which ends September 30th.
They were mandated by a 2011 agreement by congress that raised the federal debt ceiling.
