Southwest Airlines adds Pensacola as destination sight

PENSACOLA    --  Good news for Southwest fans.
You can now select "Pensacola" as a destination and book a flight on Southwest's website.

But, the integration between Southwest and Airtran is still on-going at Pensacola International Airport.
Which means travelers flying out of Pensacola will first have to take an Airtran flight before landing at a city Southwest serves.
Airtran and Southwest currently serve 97 cities.
The integration at Pensacola International Airport is expected to be complete at the end of 2014.
