Florida charity bill heads to governor's desk

TALLAHASSEE   --  If a charity gets money because of a con artist, should it have to give the money back?

A Florida bill says no.
Scam artists will sometimes win people's trust by aligning themselves with a charity and get people to donate.
A bill trying to protect charities from having to give back those donations passed in the senate on Thursday.
It already passed in the House and now moves to Governor Rick Scott.
