Prosecutors consider death penalty for suspected kidnapper Ariel Castro

CLEVELAND   --  Prosecutors say they're considering the death penalty for Ariel Castro
Castro is accused of kidnapping Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight and keeping them captive for nearly ten years.
Right now Castro is being held on 8 million dollars bond.
Prosecutors say they intend to charge him with every crime they can prove he committed, including the killing of his victim's unborn children.
And this morning DNA test results confirmed that Castro is the father of Amanda Berry's 6-year-old girl.

Dan Abrams/ABC Legal Analyst
Robin: Is this a death penalty case?
Dan Abrams:   I would absolutely expect the death penalty to be sought in this case.  In Ohio the law is very clear, on aggravated murder, if you premeditate and then commit the termination of someone else pregnancy unlawfully, you are subject to aggravated murder

Meanwhile the Cleveland community is celebrating the return of the three women and six-year-old girl.
Michelle Knight was discharged from the hospital today.
