Chrysler isn't the only major auto-maker facing a major recall.
Toyota announced overnight it is recalling two hundred and 42 thousand vehicles hybrid vehicles worldwide.
They include certain Toyota Prius cars built between March and October of 2009, and Lexus hybrids built in the same period.
Toyota says the affected vehicles could have a braking problem, that's because a part used in the electronic brake system is not strong enough and may crack.
So far, there are no reports of crashes or injuries.
Concerned drivers should contact their nearest Toyota dealer with any questions.
