Obama administration final rules for contraceptives

The Obama administration offered final rules for faith-based groups that oppose offering contraceptives in employee health care plans. The new rules allow women who work at religious-based organizations to get contraceptives through separate health policies.

The US conference of Catholic bishops has long said it does not support the Obama administration's proposals. The group says those proposals don't address the concerns of religious freedom.
