NEW DETAILS: Three teens charged in beating at Cantonment party

CANTONMENT   -- Three teenagers are facing charges after deputies say they severely beat another teen during a house party.

They say it happened over the weekend in Cantonment on Jacks Branch Road.
When deputies got here, they say they found a large pool of blood on the driveway.

They found the victim, 19 year-old Glenn Widish, sitting on a toilet inside while being given first aid.

Investigators say he was barely conscious, unable to talk and having difficulty breathing with his face swollen beyond recognition.

Witnesses told deputies Widish had been drinking and that a 17 year-old suspect became angry with him over a song that was playing.

They say 19 year-old Zachary Clark, the 17 year-old and a 15-year-old attacked Widish, hitting and kicking him repeatedly while he was on the ground, even after he was unconscious.

Connie McClammy, Neighbor: "It shocks me and it doesn't."
Neighbors were not surprised to hear about the incident.

Connie McClammy, Neighbor: "There's been a lot going on down our street with minors. I'll leave it at that."
Matthew McClammy, Neighbor: "There's so many teenagers out school's out. They just want attention, so I mean it's stupid."

Widish, who had been rushed to Sacred Heart Hospital as a trauma alert, was discharged on Monday.

Clark and the two juvenile suspects have been charged with aggravated battery.
A woman I spoke with at this home would only say that there is much more to this story.

For now the case remains under investigation.
