A developing story out of Egypt.
The military has overthrown the country's first democratically elected president.

It comes after days of protests calling for President Mohamed Morsy to step down.
The military says it is fulfilling its "Historic Responsibility" to protect the country.
Morsy, a US-educated religious conservative, was elected president in June 2012.
But his government has failed to keep order as the economy has tanked and crime has soared.

The Chief Justice of the constitutional court is now filling in.
