UPDATE: Mother of parasailing victim speaks about tragedy

PANAMA CITY   --  A teen has a broken neck and another has head trauma after a parasailing accident in Panama City.

17-year-olds Sidney Good and Alexis Fairchild are still in the hospital.
The girls were in Panama City on vacation with Sidney's parents.
   
They went parasailing Monday.
The tow rope broke, sending them crashing into the side of a building.
   
They also slammed into a power line and a car before crashing in a parking lot.
Alexis had head trauma as well as neck and back injuries.

The teens' families say both girls are facing a long road to recovery.
"When she was walking to one of her therapy, she was walking past Sidney's room and was able to walk in, say hi, hold her hand. Sidney was able to raise her hand. It was a great moment."

No word when the families will head back to Indiana.
