LATEST on Escambia County missing woman
ESCAMBIA COUNTY -- The last time anyone has seen Tiffany Daniels, 25, was August 12 in a Pensacola State College parking lot. Her family is now desperately searching for answers.
"When you see her best friend walks in and you know that she knows nothing, reality kicks in after a while and you can only stay positive for so long" said Angela Huntsinger, sister.
Tiffany Daniels' family has spent the last week doing everything they can to find their loved one by making flyers and plastering her face on Facebook.
"People are volunteering areas they live in or areas they posted posters in that's helping a lot" said Huntsinger.
Tiffany works in the theater department at Pensacola State College. She uses her art skills to help paint the backdrops as part of the set design. Her supervisor says everything seemed normal the day she disappeared, but she did ask to leave early.
"She asked to get off a little early, and she normally get off at 5:00, she clocked out at 4:43 that day" said Don Snowden, Performing Arts Instructor.
While Tiffany is known to travel, her family says she would usually let them know where she is. They say she is trusting person which makes them concerned.
"She trusts people so much, my fear is she broke down somewhere and ran out of gas and she took a ride from someone" said Cindy Daniels, Mother.
Police are searching her apartment for clues, questioning anyone who may know what led to her disappearance. With each passing hour, Tiffany's family struggles to stay positive that their loved one will find her way home.
"If you can't physically get away you fight with all your might, like I told you don't give up, you can do anything you put your mind to and please come home and we love you" said Daniels.
