Former City Administartor cleared of charges
Pensacola's former City Administrator, fired over public records violations, has been cleared of wrongdoing.
The judge issued his order in the case, and without explanation, cleared Bill Reynolds of a non-criminal public records violation.
The mayor fired Reynolds in July after he and former Press Secretary, Derek Cosson, were charged with failure to provide public records.
Investigators say they both failed to send copies of new city logos as requested by a former city council member.
Reynolds was also accused of releasing exempt information, for giving copies of a discrimination complaint to another former council member.
He fought the allegations and the court found him not guilty.
