Pensacola man sentenced to federal prison for making meth

PENSACOLA   --  A Pensacola man will spend the next eight years in federal prison for helping others make meth.
A jury convicted Jared Hester in April for conspiracy to possess and distribute pseudophedrine.
It's an ingredient in methamphetamine.
Investigators say Hester bought nearly four hundred boxes of medication containing the ingredient, knowing it would be used illegally.
Seven other people pleaded guilty in the same case.
