New bill filed by FL senate to keep e-cigarettes from kids

FLORIDA   --  Keeping kids from buying electronic cigarettes.
That's the goal behind a bill filed by Florida Senate Majority Leader Lizbeth Benacquisto this week.

If approved it would ban the sales of electronic cigarettes to minors.
The electronic devices, which deliver nicotine and simulate cigarette smoking, would be added to part of state law that prohibits the sale of tobacco products to people under age 18.

It would also make it illegal for minors to possess electronic cigarettes.
