Human rights groups speak out against US drone attacks

Two human rights groups are speaking out against US Drone strikes in Pakistan and Yemen.

They say the strikes are responsible for killing dozens of innocent civilians.

Amnesty International says US drone strikes in Pakistan could be war crimes if the US isn't doing all it can to prevent civilian deaths.
   
The White House strongly disagrees.
Pakistan's prime minister is in Washington this week to meet with top US officials,  including President Obama.
   
The prime minister says the drone campaign is hurting Pakistan's fight against terrorism.
"I would therefore stress the need for an end to the drone attacks.

The number of CIA drone strikes in Pakistan increased under President Obama but have been on a decline.
   
This year only 23 have reportedly taken place- the lowest total in six years.
