Government shutdown costs billions of dollars in back pay to federal workers

The Government shutdown cost the Federal Government six billion dollars in back pay to federal workers.   
The office of management and budget's released a report showing those numbers.
It accounts for about 6.6 million days of work federal employees missed.
They have since been reimbursed for that period.
Analysts also estimate the shutdown will slightly reduce fourth quarter GDP growth.
