Century barnyards animals inside city limits

CENTURY  -  The Century Town Council is working on a way to keep barnyard animals out of the town limits.
The council has come up with a new ordinance that limits where "livestock" is allowed.
Under the ordinance, animals like horses, goats and cattle - will only be allowed in areas currently zoned as agricultural or rural residential.
Also, the animals can not be within 200 feet of the primary dwelling or any property line.
The ordinance will be presented to the council twice and a public hearing will be held.
