People are shooting some hoops in an effort to "Stop the Violence" tonight.

The game comes after a recent deadly string of violence in Pensacola and the community say's they're sick of it.
Local DJ's and promoters are playing to raise money for the big game in December featuring local boxing celebrity Roy Jones.
Both games will have a slam dunk competition, three point shootout and half court shot contests.
The "Stop the Violence" game with Jones is on December 21st at the Cobb Center, admission is five dollars but free for ages 7 and younger.
