Eating nuts is good for your health

New research says eating nuts has good health effects for you.

The 30-year study is one of the largest of its kind. It followed more than 118-thousand people for about 30 years.
It found those who ate more nuts were 20-percent less likely to die from cancer, heart disease or any other cause than those who didn't.
Researchers say the nut-eaters were usually leaner, less likely to smoke and more likely to exercise.
