NEW DETAILS: FSU Quarterback Winston rape case

TALLAHASSEE  --  New details this morning in the rape case against Florida State University quarterback Jameis Winston.

The alleged victim says she is being pressured by detectives.
She says detectives told her attorney that Tallahassee was "a big football town" and that she needs to think "long and hard" before "proceeding against him" because her life would be "made miserable."

Winston's attorney says police told him back in February that the case was closed but just last week, 11 months after the alleged rape, police
released this heavily redacted report.. it does not name Winston, but his attorney and the accuser say he's the suspect..

Winston's attorney challenges her credibility pointing to that police report which says the suspect is between 5'9 and 5'11.
Winston is 6'4.

And while the report says she had been drinking, the accuser's attorney points out that police said tests showed she was *not* intoxicated.
