DAVISVILLE   -- A jury has convicted a man for the murder of a business owner in North Escambia County a year ago.
Malcolm McGhee Junior is guilty of first degree murder in the death of 74-year-old Tommy Kroll.

Prosecutors say Kroll was shot and killed when McGhee and Brent Lambeth robbed the "O'Yes Lotto" store in Davisville last November.
McGhee was immediately sentenced to life in prison, with no chance for parole.
Lambeth pleaded guilty to his charges and faces up to 30 years in prison.
A third man, Michael Orso, was indicted on a murder charge just last week for his alleged role.
