UPDATE: O'Yes Lotto store murder trial goes to the jury

DAVISVILLE  --  The fate of an Escambia County man accused of killing a Davisville store owner, is now in the hands of a jury.

Malcolm McGhee Junior is charged with first degree murder in the death of 74 year old Tommy Kroll.

Prosecutors say Kroll was shot and killed when McGhee, Brent Lambeth and Michael Orso robbed the O-Yes Lotto Store last November.   
   
Lambeth pleaded guilty to his charges and faces up to 30 years in prison.
Orso was just indicted last week.
